The Quality and Training Officer will work closely with colleagues to support the delivery of training, coaching and quality monitoring for the operational areas of the business. In addition, this role will also be responsible for assisting in the development and refinement of knowledge management materials that reinforces consistent and accurate customer service outcomes.
The successful applicant will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to build and maintain relationships and influence behavioural change.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Ability to design, develop and deliver best practice learning solutions
- Ability to influence behaviour change through leveraging from strong relationships at all levels across the organisation through coaching conversation
- Ability to analyse strengths and areas for improvement through quality monitoring, including interpretation of results to identify emerging trends
- High level of written communication skills including the ability to convey complex messages clearly
