As a People and Culture Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our People and Culture team, handling all operational tasks to ensure smooth HR processes across the organisation. Your responsibilities will span payroll support, maintaining HRIS data in SuccessFactors & ELMO, managing employee files, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. You’ll also be advising on policies, facilitating employee benefits programs, and assisting with HR projects to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
Collaborating closely with the broader NCS corporate functions, you’ll contribute to shared business outcomes by supporting events, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and integration activities. If you’re passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this role is for you
**Qualifications**
- Strong service orientation with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MSO365 with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, ELMO, or SAP.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to data integrity, process improvement, and service delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
