**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for a performance driven and capable individual to deliver effective and efficient support. This role will be focused on providing HR administrative support to the People and Performance team and first level assistance to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining people data, systems, and records across APAC
- Managing employee life-cycle activities, including new employee contracts, on boarding, and off boarding
- Maintaining electronic employee files
- Managing HR tracking spreadsheets with regards to significant dates
- Assisting with the preparation of HR reports
- Managing service anniversaries and reward and recognition platform
- Creating purchase orders and preparing invoices for payment
- Providing support to the HR team on projects
- Providing Managers with support and guidance on HR processes and policies
- Constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes in line with the changing needs of the business

**About you**
- Business Administration/ HR Bachelor’s Degree highly beneficial
- Previous experience in a HR Administration or Coordinator role
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles
- Exceptional customer service focus
- High proficiency with MS Suite
- A real problem solver who explores all the possibilities with a focus on the result
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong organisational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
