We're looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our team, working on project home builds. This role is all about producing clear, accurate drawings and documentation that keep our builds running smoothly and compliant.

What you'll do:


• Prepare and update working drawings for residential project homes


• Ensure plans meet NCC, BCA, Australian Standards + council requirements


• Make variations and adjustments to standard home designs


• Work closely with estimating and construction teams

What we're after:


• Min 3 Years experience in residential drafting (project homes preferred)


• Proficiency in Revit (is essential)


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Solid knowledge of building codes and council requirements
