As a Building Supervisor at Rebuild Group, you will be responsible for scoping and overseeing building repairs, managing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient completion of work. Your role will involve planning and scheduling repairs while being on the road, requiring good organisational and time management skills. Basically, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude who works well with others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scope and manage building repairs, with an average job size of $7.5k.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling your time efficiently while on the road.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality job completion.
- Maintain clear records and reports using our own systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Ensure KPIs are met and upheld via online client platforms.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently and organise your day while on the road, balancing site visits with administrative tasks.

**Preferred Skill Set**:

- Trade-based experience, carpentry background preferred.
- Knowledge of BCA and Australian standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook and Word at a minimum).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to independently schedule daily tasks.

**What You Need**:

- Trade-based experience/knowledge.
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current Driver’s Licence valid in WA.
- WA Police Clearance.
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
