About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a number of projects including single, doubles and Unit developments
  • Providing Construction and PreStart Variations
  • Scheduling projects and raising purchase orders for jobs to commence on site
  • Liaising with Supervisors, trades and the construction team
  • Obtaining and clarify quotes from suppliers & contractors
  • Invoices checking
  • Sending off plans and specification for quoting
  • Checking on final plans and engineer preventing erosions prior to starting on site

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years' scheduling experience in the residential project home market
  • Strong understanding of the local, residential construction and building processes
  • Ability to read and understand plans and associated construction documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to manage own deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
