Make a difference as a CTP Common Law (CL) Claims Specialist. Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.

**Your Role**

Oversee a portfolio of up to 130 claims, handling NSW scheme CL claims from lodgement through to settlement.

Direct and resolve common law claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, ensuring fair and timely settlements. You’ll assess liability, negotiate settlements, handle disputes, and liaise with claimants, legal professionals, and medical experts. Additionally, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to ensure claimants understand the process and their entitlements.

Based in Sydney, this permanent opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office.

**About You**
- Ability to effectively deal with customers, show empathy and diffuse conflict situations.
- Strong analytics skills to make sound claims management decisions, influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Effectively able to build and maintain relationships with peers, customers and manage business partners.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in CTP Claims management, Allied Health or Legal background is desired.
