Operations Process Lead

In this exciting 9 month fixed term contract as the Operations Process Lead - you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality wellness programs for Bupa’s corporate and educational partnership clients through: supporting process design to operationalise products and systems, documenting and managing existing processes and training and upskilling team members on new and existing processes.
**How will I help?**
- Support new product and initiative delivery to Health and Wellbeing teams through operational process analysis and design, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Identify and lead operational improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, providing operational analysis on processes and suggesting recommendations for change, ensuring risk/issues are mitigated
- Contribute to projects conducted by the team, ensuring objectives, standards and timelines are met
- Contribute to the successful operation of the team by fostering team engagement and contributing to new ideas and initiatives
- User acceptance testing for bug fixes and system enhancements
- Leading operational analysis of end-to-end Wellness processes
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Bupa Wellness policies, procedures, and processes
- Ensure programs and services are delivered effectively, efficiently and within budget
- Training and upskilling team members on new and existing processes
- Deliver induction and training to Client Services and Service Delivery team members
- Training and support of the Health and Wellbeing team on new operational processes
- Actively identify gaps to develop and deliver training programs to enhance the delivery of wellness services
- Create innovative strategies and processes that promote client and customer engagement

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification in health promotion/science/allied health/business
- Relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and people leadership experience with a desire to develop others
- Demonstrated skill in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
