**Our Client**

**The Role**

Reporting to the COO the Process Automation Lead will support the processes and deliver and maintain automated processes across the core platform.

Working closely with project stakeholders, your primary focus will be contributing to the overall efficiency of our client's top strategic projects by delivering and maintaining automated data solutions across various contracts and divisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysis, design, development, and implementation of information systems and infrastructure to support business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Lead/participate in the feasibility analysis of business processes and recommend automation options
- Ensures RPA processes are running to their full effectiveness, able to analyse & optimize processes
- Engage with various levels of stakeholders to define business requirements as technical approaches and designs to be implemented
- Support change management activities, training and operational handover activities
- Contribute to business process improvement by maintaining industry best practice

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in developing complete automation solutions, from identifying initial opportunities to design, configuration, and development.

It is essential that you have Automation/RPA experience, and advantageous if you have exposure to UiPath, Snaplogic, Boomi (or similar).

Your communication style is adaptable, depending on your audience, and you can translate technical language to senior business stakeholders.
