Our goal is to close the loop between packaging, remanufacturing, and recycling. We’re currently recruiting Process Workers to join our team in Dandenong.

Job Description:
  • As a Process Worker, your main duties will involve tasks such as stacking, feeding, or rework. You’ll operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
  • You’ll feed product into converting machines and arrange products at machine discharge points. Stacking products onto palettes for further processing is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Assist in machine setup, dismantling, and job changes tasks for a production run. Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers.
  • Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • The ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on a rotating roster – 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of afternoons.
  • Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Good eye for detail, particularly in quality control.
