Integrale Homes are a leading residential builder on the Sunshine Coast we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Building Designer / Draftsperson who shares our core values, along with our passion for delivering outstanding quality homes and great customer service to join our dedicated team.

This role is suited to someone who is self-driven and hard working with amazing attention to detail and a passion for design and excellence. The successful applicant will have previous experience in Drafting and Design, along with advanced skill level in Revit.

Skills & Attributes:

- Minimum of Diploma in Building Design (or)
- At least 5 years’ experience in residential drafting
- Attention to detail to take responsibility for checking and QA processes
- Advanced Knowledge of Revit.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- A pro-active attitude with good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
