We are seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team in West Perth. This role will play a key part in supporting the design and documentation of projects integrating ClearVue’s solar glass technology into commercial and residential buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support design development and contribute to project planning.
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure the design intent is accurately represented.
- Revising designs and plans based on client feedback or project changes.
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess conditions for design recommendations.
- Ensure all designs align with the client’s set budget while maintaining company standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure the timely delivery of drafting work.

**Qualifications & Skills Requirements**
- A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or Drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as an architectural draftsperson in Australia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when liaising with consultants and authorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
