**The Role**

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to the CFO, including but not limited to managing the calendar (personal and professional), booking meetings, making travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, and various administrative tasks.
- Screen incoming phone calls, take concise and detailed messages
- Organise management meetings and prepare relevant materials (operational reports, recommendations, take meeting minutes)
- Assist with any ad hoc duties and retrieve information where needed.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external communications.
- Supporting and developing the required professional documents and proposals for presentation to clients
- Organise and book meetings as required.
- Handle correspondence directed to the executive team.
- During quiet periods support the finance team with administration tasks

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Rail / Construction industry experience (Desirable not essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn complementing software quickly
- The ability to work autonomously, with a natural understanding of which tasks to prioritise.
- Ability to deal with multiple and conflicting priorities seamlessly
- Proactive mindset
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to edit and review reports and other documents to a professional standard.
- Strong stakeholder management, and ability to build relationships in a professional manner.
