**THE ROLE**:
The Broadcast & Talent Manager works with the Studio, Merchandise, Programming and Marketing Teams and is responsible for the on air performances of Presenters, Models, Guests, Producers and Directors working to maximize the sales and gross profit opportunities both strategically and operationally; and working within guidelines, budget, QA and time requirements.

The above will be achieved by ensuring the communication and coordination between the various parties come together to maximize results. The initiatives of the Broadcasting & Talent Manager will be established in accordance with TVSN’s strategy, vision and values, customer profile, production standards and budgets.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- Presenter Recruitment/auditions
- Presenter training
- Mentor, coach and provide feedback and development guidance to improve Presenter and Guest performance and drive outstanding show execution and sales.
- Conduct quarterly Presenter performance appraisals, and schedule annual reviews in partnership with the CEO
- Co-ordinate and consult with CEO to organise monthly Presenter schedules
- Advise and make recommendations to refine and/or enhance studio operations
- Assist the CEO in strategic broadcast decisions
- Support Talent & Producer Associate in day to day schedule changes
- Oversee Presenter makeup, wardrobe and dressing room requirements
- Organize quarterly presenter sales meetings
- Schedule and chair monthly meetings with key studio stakeholders to discuss sales, performance and plan strategy.
- Co-ordinate monthly Presenter one-on-ones with CEO
- Sign off weekly and monthly Presenter invoices
- Support in managing financials and budgets for Presenters
- Lead Producer team - both permanent and casual members.
- Provide coaching support and guidance to Producing Supervisor and Producer team
- Manage casual pool of Producers to meet budget requirements along with daily sales targets.
- Contribute to monthly schedule sign off with CEO, Merchandising Manager, Supervising Producer and Programming Manager
- Assess PALs 3 days out with the Merchandising Manager and Supervising Producer
- Conduct final review of the PALs for the next day’s production
- Monitor daily sales performance and take appropriate action where necessary to achieve daily sales requirements n

- Provide feedback to the Programming Manager for overnight and repeat programming
- Lead the Director/Camera Operator team to ensure on-air production is to plan and meets the Producer’s requests.
