Reporting to our Service Desk Manager, our Technology Change Officer is responsible for ensuring our teams are well-trained and informed about new and existing product enhancements, project rollouts, incidents, problems, or changes.

ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL

• Proven experience in customer service, restaurants management preferred.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience assisting in rolling out to new systems or process to retail / hospitality or quick service restaurants advantageous.
• IT Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification preferred (current studies included)
• Experience working in a quick service restaurant ideal.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE

• Service Delivery - Assist in maintaining and enhancing current solutions, initiatives, and transformation activities. Support, promote, and execute Incident, Problem, and Change management practices, including project work, BAU, documentation, and training.
• Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external parties and vendors to coordinate training, communication, meetings, and processes. Manage actions and identified issues affecting restaurants.
• Relationship Building -Build strong, trust-based relationships with IT Leaders, Managers, Area Coaches, Restaurant Managers, and Franchisees.
• Project Support -Provide support and assistance during the business requirements stage of technology projects or business as usual requests. Support the in-restaurant deployment of new technology activities, including training and change management.
• Reporting and Governance - Produce monthly and ad hoc reports, establish governance sessions for all stakeholders, and manage IT financial practices and processes, including invoicing.
• Communication - Provide updates on request or during IT Notification outages, both reactive and proactive.
• Client or Restaurant Focus - Dedication to every restaurant's success.
