**About you**

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role will suit a strategic thinker in the App Dev/Integration space with strong pre-sales experience and an outstanding client manner. You will be keen to mentor internal technical resources and aid in the ongoing development of the Practice through contribution to quality initiatives, standards and frameworks.

You will have mature technical architecture design skills, and a willingness to be ‘hands-on’.

**Your background will include...**:

- Experience leading technical delivery teams on client projects
- Excellent client-facing manner and ability to liaise to C-level (role includes frequent presales)
- Very strong written communication, including production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales contributions (proposals and presentations
- Demonstrated hands on experience in designing, building and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure IaaS and PaaS.
- Solid experience with Azure Integration Services including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Event Grid.
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, Microservices, as well as Hybrid Cloud to On-Premises and Cloud to Cloud Integration Architectures.
- Experience in DevOps practices including automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience in App Migration/ Modernisation / Lift and Shift
- Experience with the Azure Data Platform including (Azure SQL, SQL Data Warehouse, Data Factory).
