Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Consultant. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for delivering an excellent standard of professional services to customers, including project management, solution design, and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include analysing client business processes, developing tailored solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The consultant will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice, perform system configurations, and deliver training sessions to ensure optimal use of the implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Professional Services and Consulting
  • NetSuite expertise on different processes and modules, expertise on WMS module would be a plus
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Network Security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
