Workshop Supervisor - $85K - $100K - Vehicle Ute - permanent fulltime role managing up to 8 staff.

Hays has partnered with an access equipment retail and rental company. A full-time position has arisen to join lead their mechanic team.

**Your new role**

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for heavy mobile plant machinery; managing a workshop.

**Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling of maintenance
- Organising parts and working with suppliers
- Coordinating with operations team for machine down time
- Supervising 8 other staff
- Mechanical servicing and repairs

**To succeed
- Cert III Mechanic (Plant/ Heavy Vehicle/ Motor)
- Experience working with electric over hydraulic machinery
- Experience managing a team of mechanics
- Understanding of working with distributes
- MR Drivers licence and LF ticket

**In return**

Alongside joining a rapidly growing business with a strong brand name, you will be rewarded $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience plus superannuation in a permanent position.
