Hays Trades and Labour are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with a mechanical background for an exciting position in Melbourne’s North. Our client is an industry leader in the waste management industry and is eager to find their next ongoing employee.

**Your new role**

As a Service Supervisor your key responsibilities will include, the supervision of workshop employees and work activities, the planning and coordination of operations and ensuring that outcomes meet or exceed all client expectations.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have a career driven and positive attitude, as well as the following.
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Hands on hydraulic and electrical fitting experience
- Strong computer skills
- Inventory and control experience is desirable
- Experience within the waste management industry is desirable
