About the role

WesTrac currently have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Workshop supervisor to join our team in Casula. Reporting directly to the branch manager, you will be responsible for providing supervision, support and adequate guidance and direction to a team of technicians, whilst maintaining WesTrac’s SPARC values.

The position will be based out of our branch in Casula, working 10-hour days, Monday to Friday 6.00am - 4.30pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Trade Certificate with demonstrated post trade experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team
- Intermediate computer Literacy skills (Including MS Office Suite)
- Advanced communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage your workload and being able to prioritise accordingly.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for team members
