**Winder/Workshop Supervisor (Permanent Full-Time Position)**

We are looking for a **Winder/Workshop Supervisor** to join our team. This combined role will require you to utilize your expertise in electric motor rewinding and repairs, while also overseeing the daily operations of our workshop. You will manage the workflow, supervise a team, and ensure that our high standards of quality and safety are met.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Diagnosing, dismantling, rewinding, and reassembling electric motors
- Leading and supporting the workshop team to ensure efficiency
- Managing inventory, equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement
