**New Patient Coordinator / Receptionist for a Specialist Orthodontic Practice, Melbourne**

Due to expansion, we are looking for a full
- time new patient coordinator/ receptionist working at our state of art orthodontic clinics in Burwood and Northcote, Melbourne.

**The core duties**:

- As first point of contact for new patient enquiries and appointment booking
- Greeting patients
- Liaising and building rapport with patients during the whole journey

- Open minded and willing to learn new skills
- Competent in computer skills
- Effective team player
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work from 8:15 am to 6 pm on some of the days
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Close attention to detail
- Experience in management will be a plus
- **Working 4 or 5 days a week, full time hours.**:

- **Need to be able to work at both Burwood and Northcote**

This is an ideal position for those who have working experience as medical/dental receptionist and looking take on more responsibility. It is also suitable for those who have working experience in customer service and/or hospitality industry, and are interested in pursuing a career in the health industry.

You don't need to have experience in the dental field, we will provide all the training for you. However we would like you to be committed, willing to learn and interested in pursuing a long term mutual rewarding career in the health industry.
