**The Role**

We are looking for a Full Time **Senior Medical Receptionist** to join the Northcote clinic to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality care and service to all patients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
- Efficiently managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and reschedules for imaging procedures.
- Scheduling appointments (when required).
- Assisting with patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance details, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Working closely with clinical staff, technicians, and management to streamline office operations and improve patient experience.
- Overseeing junior receptionists and assisting with training new staff members as needed.
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
