**About the role**

As the key IT contact for the Brisbane office, you will interact closely with end users responding, diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents whilst communicating professionally from assignment of ticket to resolution of the issue. You will demonstrate compliance through monitoring and updating Service Desk incident tracking tickets in compliance with firm frameworks. In addition, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, installation, configuration and problem resolution in PC / network environments and assisting the global IT team with AV/VC support.

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with each internal client. You are a team player, and actively contribute to the teams' provision of effective technical support to the firm.

You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting multiple hardware configurations (laptops, desktops & mobile devices), as well as supporting the Windows operating system and installed software solutions.

In addition, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows environments is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Video Conference troubleshooting across Microsoft Teams & Webex.
- Previous experience using a call logging system in an ITIL environment.
- Working knowledge of a document management system is desirable.
