**Your New Role**

As a Team Leader
- Workforce Planning, you will lead a high-performing team of Scheduling and Forecasting analysts, tasked with enabling the delivery of their Group’s mid-term tech strategies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in Workforce Planning Team within a Contact Centre environment
- Demonstrable competence on Workforce Analytics tools not limited to Aspect & Genesys product suites
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in all MS Office software with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Workforce Planning fundamentals (such as offered by COPC, Call Design, TCCS, ICMI or equivalent institutions) is desirable
