Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to lead the planning and coordination of workforce initiatives across multiple healthcare disciplines.

  • Plan and coordinate strategic workforce projects across multiple allied health professions
  • Assess organizational capability and capacity, aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior executives to anticipate workforce changes and develop effective solutions
  • Manage staffing, resources, and governance of clinical teams
  • Oversee Casual Pool and Rapid Assessment Intervention teams
About You:
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complexities and current workforce challenges facing diverse healthcare disciplines
  • Previous extensive experience as a healthcare professional and working knowledge of healthcare services and clinical teams
  • Extensive experience in project management, program management, and change management, including leading project teams undertaking planning and redesign initiatives
  • Ability to research, prepare written reports, and review business processes, including developing key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including preparing high-level reports and papers for publication
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including data analysis and interpretation
