**SUPPORT COORDINATOR/ TEAM LEADER**

Our Organization is seeking an enthusiastic, confident Sales/ Support Coordinator/ Team Leader to join a new organization, The positives of joining a new organization is you have the ability to provide your own experience and work with a highly experienced team with an aspirational vision within the NDIS sector. We have a passion to drive positive and influential care in the industry.

**Type of Position**: Full Time, Work from home opportunity

**The following will be part of your Roles/ Responsibilities**:

- Create and market all our current NDIS services including, Personal Care, Social and Community Access, Support Coordination
- Liaise and create partnerships with Support Coordinators
- Create funnels for referrals
- Develop a social media platform of activities marketing our services, this also includes creating groups on Facebook
- Marketing and research in to the following area, homelessness, crisis care, Intellectual disability etc
- Create marketing gatherings

**You will need to have**:

- Be able to work independently
- Excellent communication, the ability to draw people to speak with you
- Have some experience or be experienced in the NDIS Sector have an understanding of how it operates
- Strong ethic to drive sales and Referrals
- Complete reporting tools and have a complete overview of your portfolio
- Strong IT and social media marketing
- Able to work at a rapid speed
- Attention to Detail
- Drive the Key Performance Indicators for the company
- You will need to have your own vehicle to drive to locations to hold meetings
- Some experience in the healthcare sector/ mental health

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
