In the role of Executive Coordinator, you will be working in a small team of four, in a challenging and high paced environment. You will ensure the provision of timely, professional, and high-quality liaison and executive support to the office of the Chief Engineer (Engineering & Technology). This includes managing enquiries, correspondence, briefing material, and related parliamentary business support for the Engineering and Technology (E&T) Branch. you will undertake the accountabilities listed in the role description to ensure provision of executive support and other services are delivered to a high standard within the E&T Branch. There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however, previous experience in an executive support role would be highly regarded.
