Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be exposed to all aspects of the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training and mentoring provided both on the job and externally along with a clear career progression path in the area of executive recruitment. Coupled with the right behaviours, this will allow the successful individual to excel in this opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reference checking;
- Administrative tasks;
- Writing reports, job descriptions and advertisements.

This is an extremely busy and diverse role that is critical to the success of the business. The selected individual will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem solving and influencing skills, as well as the capacity to prioritise and multitask.
