**About the role**:
NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank’s investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be accountable for a range of activities within Workplace Services (e.g. concierge, events, etc). You will be supported by one or more Guest Service Advisors to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and touch points within your focus area, anticipating needs, listening to the customers and visitors, and making every interaction simple, effective, and quick.

Whilst not a People Leader, the Guest Service Associate will have responsibility for overseeing the work of others and providing direction to one or more Guest Service Advisors within their scope of accountability.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Management of one or more of these focus areas:

- Access pass
- VIP and visitor
- Mail
- Lockers
- Storage
- Meeting room
- Event management
- Tenancy floor checks
- Carpark

**What you will bring**:

- Strong reception or hospitality / customer service background
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem solving
- Strategic thinking
- A commitment to customer and colleague service excellence
- Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate
- Certificate III in Hospitality highly regarded
