**About the Role**:
Our Client, an Environmental Management company, based in North Adelaide is seeking an Associate Environmental Scientist for a permanent position. This is a senior role within the technical consulting ream reporting to the Principal.
- Delivery of project and associated reporting, reviewing and quality assurance
- Use project management systems and software
- Manage variations to achieve client satisfaction and control of project financial returns
- Inspire team members to achieve clear ser goals whilst providing mentorship
- Actively participate and foster a compliance culture
- Allocate resources to projects and required customer deliverables
- Training and development of individuals to increase their individual skill set and competency levels

**Skills & Experience**:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an environmental management/consulting or similar role
- Hold a site Contamination Practitioner certificate
- A tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management or related discipline
- Project Management and strong report writing experience
- Experience with project management system and software e.g. Salesforce, ESdat
- Intermediate to high level of competency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail and time management skills;
