**Position Overview**:
As the Operations Manager for our business, you will oversee all operational aspects from estimating to project management, this is a vital role that requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to ensure that the business continues to grow in a safe and productive manner. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage the teams within AWS Services by working with the team leaders within each department.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Lead and mentor our staff in order to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement KPIs in the business environment and track progress with staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
