The Centre Manager will manage, inspire, nurture and lead our brilliant team of 35-40 Educators, including 3-4 Kindergarten Teachers and the 170 children in our care. We are an inclusive and diverse long day care with strong ties to the local community. In addition to the management aspect of the operation, the role will encompass the duties and responsibilities of the centre's Educational Leader role in line with the requirements of the National Quality Framework. 

What we are looking for
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box’
- Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs
- Sound understanding of and commitment to the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- A relevant Bachelor's degree as recognised by ACECQA (Diploma may also be considered)
- Leadership experience in a similar role or as 2IC for more than 24 months. Those who have had Educational Leader responsibilities in the past will also be looked upon favourably.
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification, WWCC, Child protection
- Experience with leading Assessments and Ratings (Exceeding level ideally)
