**Your Key Contribution**
- To lead the operational, financial and people management requirements for the Logistics department to ensure availability of resources that deliver consistent quality outcomes, covering Inwards Goods, Warehousing and Despatch.
Work closely and strengthen relationships with other operational areas of the business including Production, Purchasing/Sourcing, Business Assets and Sales, to ensure integrated flow of product to customer
**Some of Your Key Activities**
- Lead the Logistics Team in consultation with the respective functional team leads to drive operational excellence
- Partner with operational, sales, purchasing and inventory teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved in an efficient manner
- Ensure effective system utilisation, standardisation, maintenance and reporting of customer and stock information withing logistics and across internal stakeholders as necessary
- Lead the Administrative functions of the Logistics department including Order Processing and freight
- Proactive management of all aspects related to Freight and Freight providers
Undertake review and analysis of Logistics functions and provide timely internal reports
- Work closely with the other Operational Heads to keep business flow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
