Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

We are excited about our newly opened practice in **Boronia**, which is modern, purpose-built, comfortable, and conveniently located. Join our team as a **Medical Imaging Receptionist** as we continue to grow at this practice.

You will join a friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers. Your role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice.

**What will you be doing?**

As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients and provide them with information about their appointment
- Managing calls and patient bookings
- Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers
- Managing patient invoicing and receipting

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful, you will need to have:

- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience working autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Confidence with technology
- Availability to work 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri
- Flexibility to work at our other sites (within local vicinity) occasionally, across the operational hours of 8am-8pm (Mon to Thu), 8am-6pm (Fri)
