**Your Key Contributions**
- Participate in Business Improvement team with a strong focus on developing and implementing a management system that meets ISO9001 and ISO45001 requirements underpinned by lean manufacturing operating principles
- Champion the business values to ensure culture is maintained and continue to be grow the culture to ensure the worker is protected and cared for in the workplace
- Support the business leaders to execute the processes that deliver successful performance of the safety management system
- Support the People and Culture Advocate in initiatives that focus on the teams mental wellbeing
- Perform all other duties commensurate with this type of role - inspections, investigations, contractor management, internal reviews, investigations, corrective action management, first aid and emergency response

This is a repalcement role. You will have a mentor in the business who has headed up People and OHS for the past 3 years who has over 15 years senior safety experience. You will report to the Head of Operational Quality and work closely with the Quality Management Team. This role serves the whole business with a majority focus on operational manufacturing activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
