**About us** Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices. **About the role** Support and advise the Solicitor-In-Charge (SIC) in operational matters to ensure the effective delivery of client services. Manage and coordinate the administration team to ensure client service activities are resourced and achieved. **About you** You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a good communicator with the ability to partner with and support the Solicitor in Charge, to work through challenges as they arise and to meet the requirements of the role. Ideally, you will be someone who considers themselves to be highly organised and systematic in their approach to work. You will be proactive and enthusiastic about taking on varied tasks, in addition to being reliable and transparent in all aspects of your work. You will also ideally be passionate about leading and managing a team to provide a high standard of client centred services whilst also identifying and supporting the varied learning and development needs and goals of the team. Your role will be critical to ensuring a cohesive and safe workplace culture. You will have a commitment to engaging in collaborative service delivery planning with the Solicitor in Charge and other senior staff to meet the legal needs of the community.
