Our client is a commercial insurance and insolvency specialised firm located in Sydney and Newcastle. They are broadly recognised as a leader in connecting expert services with innovative thinkers across diverse sectors.

**About the role**

Due to continued growth, we have multiple opportunities for an experienced Account Managers/Collection Officers. You will be required to provide efficient day-to-day support to the wider team, with other duties and responsibilities including:

- Identify, record and action customer phone enquiries
- Negotiate, implement, and monitor payment arrangement
- Liaise with third party insurance
- Provide reports to clients and managers
- Maintain databases
- Data entry
- Creating and editing documents
- Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
- Supporting staff and managers with other administrative tasks

**About you**

You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and professional presentation, be a highly motivated self-starter, and be keen to support the wider team with an enthusiastic attitude. Ideally you will also possess the following:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in legal research is desired
- Be able to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Positive and friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new systems
