**Your new role**
Looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the fantastic team on Brisbane's Southside. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all Customer Service interactions, ensuring the accuracy of all orders and the timely delivery of products to customers. Managing the Customer Service team
- Create and maintain a safe and conflict-free work environment.
- Effectively drive change within the team, with a flexible approach.
- Assist the team with growth and development while building improvements and positivity within the team. Support business initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as a Customer Service Team Leader
- Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing industry
- Experience in Administration
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
