In return, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service while also driving improvement and innovation.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll:

  • Lead a team of six customer service team members, fostering a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Altogether's values and business goals
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members through giving regular feedback, recognition, and conducting regular 1:1s and performance conversations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including workforce, ticket, and escalation management
  • Champion a customer-centre culture, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions over phone and email
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying preventative solutions as outcomes from customer complaints and enquiries and keeping up to date on the latest industry changes, trends, technology, and best practices.
  • Attend operational meetings and drive actions and solutions.

What you will bring to the role and Altogether:

  • Previous experience relating to the National Energy Industry preferred but not essential;
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (E.g. Excel, word, Teams);
  • Experience leading and managing customer service-based teams;
