12-month contract for an Incident & Problem Coordinator within SA Government.

**Your new company**
This reputable and established Government Department are looking to add a highly skilled individual with problem, change, incident, and risk management experience into their team on a long-term contract.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate and undertake a range of functions and services to proactively identify, monitor and manage significant or major incidents in compliance with significant incident processes, related service level agreements and KPI's.
- Engage and coordinate support groups and staff for the effective identification, analysis, management and resolution of major or significant incidents, including reporting on remediation activities and risks.
- Coordinate, and work collaboratively with, support personnel and third-party vendors, at all levels, to find a resolution or workaround to major or significant incidents.
- Continuously track and assess incident responses to identify incident trends, create and manage problem records, and liaise with technical support groups and staff to analyse root cause and implement appropriate and timely resolution.
- Plan, coordinate and undertake post incident reviews including analysing data to develop and disseminate high quality and accurate problem and incident reporting.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships and partnerships with management, staff, stakeholders and service providers to support incident and problem management strategies, programs and projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will need:

- A high-level of stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience working in risk, change, incident and problem management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
