**Salary: $120,859 pa - $133,183 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of the quality and assurance framework and performance and analytics capability for Shared Service & Customer Experience (SSCX) to drive excellence in systems, processes, and service delivery.

Responsible for the coordination of the business planning for SSCX ensuring accurate data for inclusion into organisational reporting and statutory annual reporting. Work collaboratively with other Directors and Managers in SSCX to maintain and test the Business Continuity Plan.

**What you’ll do**

The Manager Performance and Assurance manage systems and services quality assurance and performance capability to ensure compliance with government standards, legislation, and departmental policies. Ensure that metrics and analytics (KPIs) are developed to monitor performance of services delivery that inform the ongoing transformation and optimisation of the Shared Services service delivery model.

Improve SSCX process efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the functional Directors, Strategic HR, Strategic Finance, Audit Office of NSW, and other required departments ensuring compliance with SSCX standards and Service Partnership Agreements.

Maintain SSCX Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and undertake annual Business and Disaster Recovery tests driving the remediation of deficiencies and recommendations that arise.

Develop and maintain the SSCX Risk Register and Risk Management Framework.

The Manager Performance and Assurance will work closely with team members in Service Management Assurance along with functional Directors in SSCX and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of BCP, audit activities, reporting and key insights for decision making.

**What we’re looking for**
- Have knowledge and experience in business analytics, benchmarking and implementing systems and processes.
- Experience managing audit engagements and requests
- Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and management of enterprise risks and issues.
