**About the Role**

The role undertakes a range of research, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative risk and assurance activities to support the development and delivery of risk and assurance management, in line with established plans and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide operational support, including monitoring and reporting on IT Operational Risk, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, and quality indicators are in line with approved action plans.
- Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, recommendations, and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with agreed assurance management methodology.
- Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned areas and contribute to the preparation of Assurance and IT Risk briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
- Assist the team to complete tasks and implement plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding program status and implementation issues.
- Assist in administrative services, including coordinating meetings and supporting the RiskHub tool, to support risk and assurance management delivery

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in risk and assurance support, administration, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated problem solving, research and data analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
- Proven ability delivering multiple risk and assurance support activities in line with agreed standards and objectives, given tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
