**About the role**:
We are looking for an engaging and passionate Partnership Manager that will be responsible for managing and supporting the relationships with multiple agency partners, on the delivery of high-profile strategic programs.

You will help to define opportunities where Service NSW can deliver products and services aligned to strategic plans and goals. You will also be the pivotal point of contact in the management of issues resolution with existing products and services.

The role will play an integral part in supporting key programs that Service NSW is delivering on behalf of NSW Government including the whole of Government online booking system and notifications.

You will also have specific responsibilities to implement our service management model of excellence for agency partners, which considers risk and change management, continuous improvement, audit and compliance and benefit realisation.

**In this role, you will**:
- Manage the establishment of strategic relationships within the allocated NSW Partner Agencies to define opportunities where SNSW can deliver products and services aligned to their strategic direction and business plan;-
Develop effective strategies to fix/remedy variances from project plans and minimise impact, whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction is maintained;-
Influence others with fair and considered approach and sound arguments while still managing challenging relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;-
Review and evaluate services provided to the Partner ensuring alignment to the funding model and government priorities and maintain the agency agreement and account plan to ensure currency, accuracy and the adjustment of incremental costs.**To be successful in this role you will**

- Demonstrated partnership experience including the ability to build long term sustainable relationships that deliver beneficial commercial outcomes;-
Key Stakeholder management;-
Advanced communication skills (written, verbal);-
Strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills to be able to deliver/ develop practical solutions;-
- Attention to detail and ability to achieve results in a high pressure, fast paced setting.**To Apply**:
