The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing & maintaining our partnership strategy as well as lead generation and actual partnership acquisition for our Marketing activities. The Partnership Manager is to ensure our partnership opportunities grow the Red Bull Brand through reach and engagement while maintaining strong mutually beneficial outcomes for partners. You will work with several teams internally to identify, assess, prioritize, and execute all partnership deals related to our Marketing & Media projects.

Expand allPartnership Strategy, Ideation & Workflows
You will work on an annual partnership strategy & plan which enables Red Bull to drive further reach and engagement in our projects with strong revenue and strategic value exchange from our partnership relationships. Leading a 360 group who contribute to partnerships, ensuring a common approach which maintains a high standard & mutually beneficial partnerships through all we do. You will create innovative ways to allow partners to integrate into our Marketing led business activities which allows for authentic and credible integration & win: win for both brands. You will support Marketing verticals on the assessment of new, strategic partnership opportunities as well as establishing clear workflows across teams where required. You will liaise with Marketing and Media Network leaders to evaluate potential partnerships and establish connections where relevant as well as develop & manage internal workflow processes with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.Partnership Acquisition, Delivery & ReportingMarketing Leadership & Cross Marketing
You wil be an active member of the marketing leadership team and support with the development of strong & strategic business plans, ensuring we have a long range outlook to capitalise on major partner commitments 12-18months in advance. You will be responsible for presenting learnings and successes to different business stakeholders with clear ROI to partnership deals. You will be be an active member of project groups to drive strategic & creative thinking towards key business priorities when it comes to building product understanding & trust. You will be responsible for providing accurate & timely budget management & commercial business case development when required. You will also facilitate training & onboarding to new team members when it comes to commercial partnerships and provide coaching to the working group on how to improve our workflows and business outcomes.

- EXPERIENCE

- 3 year’s experience in working within Marketing or Events, ideally with project leadership responsibilities
- 5 years experience working in partnerships, ideally commercial & strategic partnerships
- Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands
- Working knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks
- University degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Travel 30-40%
- Permanent
