**Your Impact**

As a Field Service Technician with Asahi Beverages, you will get to work with the largest beverage company in Australia and New Zealand and our amazing customer base. Covering the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas, this role will see you responsible for the maintenance and repair of our beverage equipment in the field. **Key responsibilities include**
- Service and repair of our beverage equipment (we provide training on industry specific equipment)
- Being the face of Asahi Beverages providing best-in-class customer service to all our customers/suppliers
- Actively solving problems and troubleshooting key issues as they arise
- Providing fault finding/diagnostic services for our customers and quickly interpreting the correct course of action
- Corrective and preventative maintenance of all equipment and problem analysis work to prevent ongoing issues
- Ensuring that all company workplace health and safety policies, practices and procedures are always followed whilst on duty
- Resolution of any ad-hoc issues or appropriate escalation of the issue for resolution and follow up

**About you**
- You have previous experience in a related service industry, such as appliance servicing, electrical, commercial/domestic air conditioning, or refrigeration
- You are trade qualified and hold a refrigeration handling licence
- You possess a clean driving record and current Australian Driver’s Licence
- You quickly adapt to changing situations and have an ability to prioritise tasks
- You have the desire to contribute to a positive culture within the team and our organisation
- You are passionate about safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that those around you are operating in a safe manner
