They are looking for a great Account Coordinator to join their growing team You will assist the Account Managers/ Account Executives in achieving the strategic objectives of the agency and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Contribute to the development of creative ideas and assist with research, writing and pitch development.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide PR coordination and support assistance to key clients
- Provide support to Account Executives and Managers as required
- Contribute to the develop and delivery of client focussed solutions across all clients and projects
- Assist in the writing, developing and pitching media releases for client campaigns, activities and events
- Track media mentions and activity and produce regular reporting for clients, as well as Arize more broadly
- Develop systems and processes to improve PR coordination and support
- Contribute to the creative efforts of the business, and be willing to share ideas, suggestions and feedback openly and honestly
- Collaborate across teams and across client projects
- Contribute to the development of relationships with existing clients
- Provide assistance to the Account Managers with regards to their own client activities Attend events and other client activities as required
- Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients and seek feedback on service delivery
- Actively promote a customer-centric attitude and approach at all times
- Provide admin support as required
- Develop reporting tools and ensure that clients are provided with the necessary information as required
- Ensure that you maintain an accurate and updated WIP documents
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiencies
