Our client is a top tier, international law firm. They are highly regarded in the industry for providing a great working environment and significant opportunities for learning and development.

**The Role**

Our client is looking for a Team Co-Ordinator to join their Legal Technology Solutions team. This team works very closely with the lawyers and partners in the office to provide legal technology and data management assistance and solutions to different practice groups throughout the firm. This team is heavily involved in assisting teams with large scale document review project work for litigation, disputes and investigation matters.

This role is to be based out of our client's Melbourne CBD office and our client is very open to flexible working arrangements so there is possibility of some work from home (dependant on client needs etc).

The day to day types of duties will include the following (amongst other things):

- Leading or co-leading strategic initiatives for the team;
- Supervising and allocating daily paralegal work requests in a cost effective and timely manner and as required:

- Liaising with partners, lawyers and others to allocate paralegals to teams and matters as required;
- Developing the role and making it your own by improving policies and procedures;
- Ensuring that there are adequate teams of paralegals on hand and assisting with recruitment process to build teams of paralegals;
- Monitoring paralegal time sheets and addressing and performance related issues with team;

**Prior Experience**

To be considered, you will have the following type of experience:

- Prior experience working as a document reviewer, paralegal or lawyer in a legal setting;
- Prior experience managing a team;
- Excellent ability to improve procedures and policies and streamline where possible;
- Experience juggling lots of priorities and tight deadlines;
- Experience working in eDiscovery or Litigation or Due Diligence Support
