In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of customised training and educational resources for Williams Training Services.

You will contribute to the planning, and regular updating of materials that align with the Group’s training frameworks.

**The role**:

- Visit Perth local based site locations to review safety and complete inspections.
- Mentor apprentices and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Contributes to the planning, development, and updating of training and educational resources for the Group's training frameworks.
- Complete the delivery of training and education services.
- Identify opportunities to improve the development of training and educational resources.
- Develop and review onboarding procedures and processes.

**Desirable requirements for this role**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated people coordination experience
- Prior experience in construction or mining industry
- Drivers licence essential
- Able to obtain Working with Children clearance
- Able to obtain Police Clearance
- Confident in working with all diversities
