**What you can expect with this role**
- Help **optimise service processes** in line with the Water Corporation Accountabilities Framework
- Be part of developing, implementing, and refining **customer-focused initiatives**:

- Support **team building, communication, and continuous improvement**:

- ** Investigate and resolve** customer enquiries and complaints with expert insights
- Perform **meter tests** to assist billing processes
- Take on varied tasks including **meter replacements, special readings, investigations, and other projects**

**Your skills and experience**
- We’re looking for a skilled professional who brings:

- Proven experience in a **large, commercially focused** state-wide organisation, delivering and coordinating **customer services**:

- Strong background in **field operations**, supporting a **customer-driven business environment**:

- In-depth knowledge of **metering services** and **customer accounting practices**:

- A genuine commitment to **customer satisfaction** and **service excellence**
